Warranty & Returns

Warranty

This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods and only physical goods purchased from GOGO Panels (the “Physical Goods”). The Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, GOGO Panels will repair or replace at no charge, product or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship under normal use and maintenance. The warranty period for Physical Goods purchased from GOGO Panels is 180 days from the date of purchase. A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good of 180 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer. The Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. In no case is GOGO Panels responsible for any cost greater than the cost of the Physical Goods. To obtain warranty service you must first contact GOGO Panels at email support@gogopanels.com with ‘Warranty Claim’ in the subject line to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. GOGO Panels is not responsible for any shipping and handling costs associated with any and all warranty claims.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 1 week of the purchase date for a refund of the product less a 15% restocking fee. The 15% restocking fee is calculated from the total MSRP/Retail price of the product and is not calculated using the purchase price. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes our merchant and your bank to process our refund.

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

All product purchased through a GOGO Panels vendor/retailer is subject to the policies and procedures set in place by that entity. Although we strive to always have product delivered on time, we are not responsible for any shipping delays, as we have no control over that aspect.
